Oh Baby! to Return to Wayzata
The adorably unique Oh Baby!, which features hand-crafted and stylish baby and toddler clothes, is returning to business in Wayzata this September.
According to Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Oh Baby! opened its first store in 1994 and has operated out of Edina’s Galleria for years. Later a second shop was added in Wayzata, but when years of road construction erupted, the doors were shuttered and owner and lead designer Mary Lauer said she was just biding her time.
“We waited for the road work and majority of construction to be completed, and then found the ideal space to renovate and show a fresh new look. I can’t wait to reveal my personal aesthetic in my own general contracted space,” Lauer told the magazine.
The new shop will open sometime in September at 757 Lake Street East in downtown Wayzata, which is just down the street from the new CoV Wayzata restaurant. The store has a number of awesome handcrafted clothing items, as well as toys, games and accessories for babies and toddlers.
