CoV Wayzata Now Open on the Lake
After more than four months of renovations, CoV Wayzata opened its doors July 31 at 700 E. Lake St. in Wayzata on beautiful Lake Minnetonka.
According tothe Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, the restaurant is the latest concept from Dean Vlahos, the founder of Champps Americana and Redstone restaurants.
“The lakefront restaurant will have a lighter, brighter ambience than its predecessor, which was a west-metro standby until [Sunsets] closed in March,” the journal wrote.
The 210-seat eatery now boasts a wall of windows that feature views of Lake Minnetonka, a marble oyster bar and a 28-foot liquor bar, as well as private dining options, the journal said.
The seafood-focused menu was created by Executive Chef Cory York.
