The Great North Run Benefits Local Public Education

The Great North Run is an annual 5K or 10K for locals of Washington Township, and Indianapolis. It is part of the Fun Run & Fitness Fair they have each year at the North Central High School, located at 8550 Woodfield Crossing Blvd. This family-friendly run/ walk will be on March 15th, 2014, the race will benefit the Washington Township schools.

 

 

Not only is it important to get out and exercise, but you will be helping students get the education they deserve, in your community. If you register before February 17th it is only $20, after that day $25, so sign up early because spots will fill up quickly. There will be a course for the true running competitor, as well as a family fun walk or run lane.

 

Register as a family to save money. Before February, $65 for up to six participants with four t-shirts. Each person that signs up will receive a race tech shirt and access to an exciting Fitness Fair! To this day, there has been $4 million raised in support of Washington Township‘s public education.
