Waconia’s Clearwater Clothing Gets a Makeover
Waconia’s Clearwater Clothing has a new, fresh look. According to the Sun Patriot, the women’s clothing and accessories store recently finished a remodel that included fresh paint and new fixtures to give the store a modern feel.
The store opened 21 years ago and is owned by Jill Flood.
“I have retail in my blood,” Flood told the newspaper.
Flood’s maiden name is Yetzer, a Waconia family that owned the furniture store, flooring store and even a funeral home for a while.
While the store has an updated look, the heart of the store hasn’t changed a bit, the newspaper said. Flood said she wants customers to feel like friends when they walk in.
“We will always make them look their best,” Flood reportedly said. “We will not send them out of the store if we do not feel they are dressed well.”
