Waconia’s Children of Tomorrow Earns NAEYC Accreditation
Waconia’s Children of Tomorrow Learning Centers, a family-run childcare and preschool center, has received accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
According to the Sun Patriot, the NAEYC is a leading organization of early childhood professionals and the accreditation is a sign of a high-quality early childhood education provider. To earn the accreditation, Children of Tomorrow Waconia went through an extensive self-study process to measure itself against NAEYC’s standards.
“We’re proud to have earned the mark of quality from NAEYC, and to be recognized for our commitment to reaching the highest professional standards,” Aleta Mechtel, President of Children of Tomorrow, told the Sun Patriot. “NAEYC Accreditation lets families in our community know that children in our high-quality program have teachers who create engaging classrooms, enhance relationships with their parents and families, and develop rich experiences for their students.”
Children of Tomorrow also has another location in Chanhassen. For more information on Children of Tomorrow, click here.
