New Landlord Begins Million Dollar Office Building Renovation
A local graphic-designer-turned-real-estate-developer just began renovating the dilapidated office building known as the Wesley Building in downtown Stillwater.
According to the Stillwater Gazette, Grady Erickson plans to spend a little over $1 million to remake the building inside and out. The renovation calls for new siding, windows, carpet, bathroom fixtures, HVAC systems and more.
“There’s going to be very little of the building that’s going to go untouched,” he reportedly said. “It’s going to be a new building.”
Construction is expected to be completed this summer.
