Trail Network in Parker to Expand this Summer

The Town of Parker is continuing its expansion of the city’s trail system that connects parks, open space, public facilities and residential communities.

According to the Town’s website, a major component of this effort is the East/West trail, and the first segment between Jordan Road and Newlin Gulch Boulevard will begin in April. The second phase of this project will resume next spring and will run from Newlin Gulch Boulevard to Motsenbocker Road to Jordan.

The East/West trail is planned to continue west through Lone Tree and Douglas County, connecting with major open space and park areas and linking with other existing and planned trails.
