Restaurateur Purchases Historical Landmark for an Innovative Eatery Concept

Formally know as the Warhorse Inn, a restaurateur bought the site and is now turning this historic building into a concept that embraces its past. Brent Walker owns three locations of Earl’s Restaurant and Bar in Colorado. Now, he is working on a new project in Parker that will definitely turn heads!

A high demand part of Mainstreet, the building was purchased last January with dreams of establishing a theme restaurant. Walker found the spot he has been wanting, a place with old architecture that tells a story! The interior will feature an open kitchen that will liven the atmosphere, along with metal trusses and a barrel roof.

Parker residents are excited for a more defined, interesting place to eat! The small details are still being figured out such as the menu, and a grand opening. Walker is getting very eager to share his passion of food and wine with the community. Part of Parker’s Area Historical Society, the new construction is still going to remain the same, but with new intentions!
