From Crab Rangoon and pork dumplings, to drunken noodles and numerous curry dishes, Parker’s Indochine Cuisine restaurant.
The Thai and Vietnamese eatery prides itself on creating fresh, creative, delicious and healthy dishes. There are gluten-free options, no MSG in any dish and also tropical or peanut oil is used for frying.
Here’s a little more about the owners:
“Jeff and Yume were technology professionals who decided in early 2003 to do something on their own. Owning a restaurant should not be what they decided on as neither of them is an avid home-cook. They said the idea of owning a restaurant seems glamorous and interesting.”

One recent reviewer on Trip Advisor wrote: “This is a great place to eat in Parker for Asian food. They have a wide range of choices and one of our favorites is the Drunken Noodles. There are many gluten-free choices and our family member has never had a bad reaction despite being highly sensitive to gluten. It is a nice little restaurant on Main Street in Parker. It can get busy for dinner and on weekends. Service is solid; although they don’t go out of their way to be friendly and make conversation. It is one of our go-to places for asian food.”
