Parker’s First Neighborhood Coffee House to Open Soon

Parker will soon have its very first neighborhood coffee shop in the former sales office for the Idyllwilde housing development.

According to the Parker Chronicle, Idyllwilde residents and Fika Coffee House owners Josh and Anna Rivero have had their eye on the building since they moved to the neighborhood eight years ago. The neighborhood’s developer, Village Homes, finally decided to sell the cabin-like structure once Idyllwilde was completely built out.

The coffee shop is expected to open in April and will be the first of its kind, as all commercial aspects of the town have been kept in the commercial core, the paper said. The Rivero’s original Fika Coffee House location is in downtown Parker.
