Officials Break Ground on New Parker Assisted Living Center

Officials have broken ground on a new assisted living center in Parker.

According to the Parker Chronicle, the project is called Crown Point Assisted Living and Memory Care and will feature 149 rooms for people ages 62 and up. The residence will also feature other amenities such as a coffee bar, ice cream parlor and dining area. The building will have 60 full-time employees including a registered nurse who will be on-call 24 hours a day, the newspaper said.

Pre-sales have already begun and developers expect to open the residence in July 2016.
