Many Reasons to Move to Stonegate Village

There are many reasons why Stonegate Village is one of Parker‘s favorite neighborhoods! The area is relatively new, and this particular community is an earlier planned subdivision that started in the mid 1980’s. They are still adding new homes to the Village every year, because of the high quality of living.

The major factors that easily convince people to move here are: the location, award winning schools, and the abundance of amenities! It is easy access to all major roads. Stonegate is about 20 miles to downtown Denver, 3 miles east of I-25 and less than one mile from E-470! The schools are right in the neighborhood. Talk about convenience! This makes it easy for parents to walk their children to Pine Grove with it’s excellent staff.

Last, but not least, the amenities are the closer. With plenty of open space to bike, play tennis, and jump into a pool, it’s no wonder everyone stays here once they move in! Stonegate Village in Parker is great for every type of person to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. You can even take the Cherry Creek Bike Trail to work everyday!
