Hosting their annual Fourth of July barbeque, Castle Country Assisted Living, is welcoming everyone to attend. Celebrate Independence day with the residents by bringing friends and family to enjoy a day of grilled food and fresh beverages under the beautiful Colorado sun.
Located at the Cantril House, 221 Cantril St., and the Valley House, 255 S. Valley Drive, the event is open to the public with a $5 entry fee. This annual event is very popular for the community, being able to give these residents some company on the summer holiday.
With so many activities going on around the community, the barbeque starts at noon leaving plenty of time afterwards to find a fireworks show to attend nearby. This Friday, July 4 ,is coming up quickly so if you are still searching for something to do during the day, this is it.
Everything will be provided at the annual event, along with some fun activities to take part in together. For more information, or to RSVP, call 303-482-5552. Castle Country Assisted Living is a nonprofit organization serving seniors in Douglas County.
