The Short Course, Mountain Shadows on Par to Open in February
On Feb. 14, 2017, The Short Course will make its debut along with Mountain Shadows resort in Paradise Valley.
According to the Town of Paradise Valley Independent, The Short Course is aptly named, featuring 18 diverse par-3 holes as well as a bonus wager hole.
“Renowned golf course architect Forrest Richardson, ASGCA, principal of Forrest Richardson & Associates, breathed new life into The Short Course with a complete redesign,” the article said. “Formerly known as Mountain Shadows Golf Club, it was originally designed by well-known golf course architect Arthur Jack Snyder, under whom Mr. Richardson studied.”
As for the resort, Mountain Shadows is a luxurious boutique property.
