New Restaurant ‘The Covenant’ Opens in Paradise Valley
“The Covenant,” Paradise Valley’s newest restaurant, officially opened Aug. 28.
According to ABC 15, the new restaurant, located at the corner of Shea and Tatum boulevards, offers an “American eclectic” menu, a 16-foot glass wine cooler with a spiral staircase to access it, and 4,000 square feet of seating space.
Dishes include seared pork tenderloin, pan-seared scallops, Cedar plank shrimp and a Tomahawk steak. In addition, there are 10 different salad and sandwich options for those looking for something a little lighter, the article said.
The Covenant is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, and brunch is offered on weekends from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
