Pitching Legend Randy Johnson Lists Paradise Valley Home

Former Arizona Diamondbacks lefty pitcher Randy Johnson has listed his 25,000-square-foot Paradise Valley home for $25 million.

According to AZCentral, the pitching legend’s home is situated on five acres of land and has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

“The Paradise Valley estate comes with a commercial-sized workout room, a large home theater with stadium seats and snack bar, a swimming pool with slide and oversized master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet,” AZCentral said.

Paradise Valley is an affluent suburb of Phoenix, known for its expensive and beautiful real estate as well as several resorts. According to a Forbes article, the city has proven to be a popular home base for a number of athletes including Mohammed Ali, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Steve Nash.

Johnson, nicknamed “The Big Unit,” and his wife Lisa are downsizing, and recently purchased a much smaller home in north Scottsdale’s gated Silverleaf neighborhood, AZCentral reported.
