Paradise Valley Resident Opens Home for ‘Heels for Healing’ Donations

Paradise Valley Resident Kathleen Taddie recently held a donation collection event in her home that would benefit young girls and women throughout the valley.

According to the Paradise Valley Independent, Taddie and her guests collected donations for Florence Crittenton’s 7th Annual Heels for Healing event, which is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3. Each guest brought their favorite new or gently used pair of designer shoes or designer handbags, and the items will be part sold at the event to raise money for programs and services for girls ages 10-21.

There are other donation drop-off locations throughout the valley, including Flo’s on 7th located at 4116 N. 7th Ave. in Phoenix. Donations are being accepted until Sept. 14. For more information, click here.
