Paradise Valley Police to Open Substation at Cherokee Elementary

The Paradise Valley Police Department is planning to open a substation at Cherokee Elementary School.

According to the Paradise Valley Independent, substations allow officers to maintain their geographic beat while writing reports, returning phone calls, and conducting investigations.

Cherokee was chosen due to its location in the center of one of the department’s geographic beats.
