All Saints’ Episcopal Day School Earns Recognition for Its Work Combating Hunger
For the fourth consecutive year, All Saints’ Episcopal Day School, which serves students in Paradise Valley, has been named a Hunger Hero by St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.
According to the Town of Paradise Valley Independent, the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance “recognizes and honors organizations making an extraordinary impact”in the community through food drives, cash donations and volunteer time.
According to the story, All Saints’ Episcopal Day School has a robust service learning focus during the year, with students at all grade-levels focusing on projects throughout the year.
The school is in pretty esteemed company, according to the story. Other Hunger Heros recognized include the Arizona Coyotes professional hockey team and Phoenix Suns professional basketball team charities.
