 With over 20 years experience in Mortgage Lending, Molly Swenson possesses a wealth of knowledge in mortgage loan program guidelines and uses this knowledge to educate her clients to assist them in achieving their homeownership goals.

After graduating from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN with degrees in Communication and Sociology, Molly began her career with Prudential Home Mortgage, processing mortgage loans in its relocation channel. Prudential was later purchased by Norwest, where Molly worked in the business post-closing communication department. Norwest then merged with Wells Fargo and Molly became an originator for the Centralized sales channel, originating loans in the northeast territory which included Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey.

In 2001, Molly moved from the centralized platform into branch retail for Wells Fargo. She joined the Minnesota Bank & Trust loan origination team in January 2012, where she recognized an opportunity to better serve her clients in an environment that is highly focused on customer service.

Molly currently lives in Minnetonka with her husband and their five children. She is a member of the Excelsior Rotary Club, where she serves on the Board as the chair of World Service Projects. Molly is a Vikings fan and follows other local professional sports, including the Twins and Timberwolves. In her spare time, Molly enjoys yoga, volleyball, travel, reading, and attending sporting events for her kids.
