Minnetonka City Council Officially Has New Member
Minnetonka’s newest City Council member officially began her term Jan. 8 at the first meeting of the year.
According to the Sun Current, Deborah Calvert was sworn into office to begin her four-year term as one of two at-large council members on Jan 8.
Calvert isn’t new to city service — she served on the city planning commission from 2014 through 2017. As an at-large member, Calvert represents the entire city, as opposed to one of the city’s four wards.
