Littleton’s Caddis Capital Purchases Two AZ Retirement Communities

Littleton-based Caddis Capital Investments LLC has purchased two retirement communities in the Phoenix area.

According to the Denver Business Journal, the properties were a 168-unit manufactured home community in Paradise Valley and a 100-home community in Apache Junction, and both are for residents 55 years or older.

Caddis Capital founder and managing partner Tery Larrew noted that he’s a part-time Scottsdale resident and that he was excited to add the communities to the company’s portfolio. For more information on the Littleton investment firm, go to caddiscapital.com.
