City of Littleton Launches New Mobile App

Littleton residents can now report non-emergency issues or concerns 24 hours a day, seven days a week—and all they need is their favorite mobile device.

 

According to a city press release, the new program “Click & Fix Littleton” allows residents to precisely locate their concern on an interactive map, choose from a list of issues and add a description of the situation. User can even upload a photo of the area. Categories include: potholes, icy or damaged sidewalks, graffiti, missing or damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles, trash or garbage, high grass or weeds, burned out street or traffic lights.

 

Once the issue is received by the city, the resident will receive an email acknowledging the service request. It’s then routed to the appropriate department for service, and city staff will respond to submitted issues Monday through Friday during business hours.

 

The app is now available for IOS and Android devices as well as on the city’s web site and the city’s Facebook page. Download the app on Google Play or at the iTunes App Store by searching for “Click & Fix Littleton,” or visit the Click & Fix Littleton web page at littletongov.org/clickfix.
