Lakeville City Council Approves New Food Truck Ordinance

More food trucks may be coming to Lakeville now that the City Council has approved a new food truck ordinance.

According to Sun Thisweek Newspapers, the Lakeville City Council recently approved a new food truck ordinance that will allow trucks to park downtown Wednesdays through Sundays. The previous ordinance only allowed trucks to park on Fridays and Saturdays.

Food trucks will be allowed downtown on Upper 208 Street and 209 Street, between Holyoke Avenue and Howland Avenue, in addition to public or private parking lots, the report said.
