Developer Looks to Add Lots to Lakeville’s Berres Ridge Community
A developer is looking to add more single family homes to Lakeville’s Berres Ridge community.
According to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Winkler Development recently submitted a request to the city’s planning department to build 47 single family homes within its Berres Ridge community.
The 20 acre plat would be called Berres Ridge 3rd addition, and would extend the existing community to Hamburg Avenue to the east, and 202nd Street to the south.
Winkler has plans to build 366 lots for the Berres Ridge community in total, with 126 lots already completed in its first and second additions, according to the article.
The 366-unit development will be built in seven phases, and all 366 lots are scheduled to be completed by 202.
