Restaurant Review: Pizza Republica in Greenwood Village
If you want fresh ingredients, a fun atmosphere and authentic Italian recipes, consider heading over to Pizza Republica in Greenwood Village.
The trendy Italian spot opened in Landmark Village in 2009 and is known for wood-fired, Neapolitan pizzas topped with buffalo mozzarella.
“I want our guests to feel the same sense of family that I felt growing up,” chef and owner George Eder says on the restaurant’s website.
The menu features a variety of delicious starters including meatballs, wood-fired flatbread and bruschetta, salads, pasta and sandwiches. But, the stars of the menu are the wood-fired pizzas that can be enjoyed in many varieties.
