Greenwood Village’s Fishing Derby Set for April 25

The City of Greenwood Village is gearing up for its Fishing Derby and Rubber Duck Waddle event, which is set for Saturday, April 25.

According to the city’s website, the event features fishing in a pond stocked with trout, a pancake breakfast and a rubber duck release. Below is the schedule of events:

7 a.m. – Fishing begins; bring your own pole and tackle

8 a.m. – Pancake breakfast begins; ticket required

8:30 a.m. – Rubber duck release. Winning ducks will be randomly selected by the city council
