A Cure for the End-of-Summer Blues: Fall Festival 2014!

The Fourth Annual Cherry Knolls Fall Festival is coming up on Sunday, September 28, and you are invited! The event is hosted by The Steller Group of Keller Williams Realty and is supported by local businesses (Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors) including Elevate Photography, Discount Rooter, Academy Mortgage, Colorado Professionals Mortgage, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Basic Building Components, Henry Inspection Services and Massage Envy.

Cherry Knolls neighbors and Realtors—Conrad and Jennifer Steller, Emily Jones Lonborg, Bill Dehmlow and Blair Bryant—offer the festival as a neighborhood and client appreciation event.

The event offers free entertainment and food for adults and children alike. This year, the festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cherry Knolls Park pavilion in Centennial, CO.

Guests will enjoy live music from the popular Denver band, Chimney Choir, a children’s train ride, kids’ crafts, field games, an attendant-supervised jumping castle, face painting, balloon sculptures and more. The ModPod Photo Booth will be available for creating memorable snapshots, courtesy of Elevate Photography. Lunch and beverages will be provided.

The Steller Group will continue its partnership with WeeCycle, an organization that helps low-income families with infants and toddlers in the Metro Denver area by providing them with baby gear, free of charge. If you’d like to help, volunteers will be accepting voluntary monetary donations and unopened packages of diapers at the event. Donations are not required for entry.

The event is free, but RSVPs are requested in order to help plan food, drink and craft quantities. To register, please call 303.539.5228 or email Info@StellerRealEstate.com. In the event of inclement weather, The Steller Group is grateful to Sandburg Elementary for being willing to serve as our alternate location.
