This is a question where the answer can either be spun as a negative or a positive. On the other side, if they have lots of clients, it may mean that they really know what they are doing and know the area and market well.

By no means are these 4 questions all that you should be asking your potential Realtor, but they are a great starting point and will help you determine if the Realtor is right for you.
