Neighborhood Business Has Become Local Favorite Pizza Spot

When Greenwood locals want pizza, there are only a few choices, but one stands out as a favorite – Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza! Open since 2007 on Indianapolis’ Eastside, Jockamo became so popular that they opened their second location in Old Town Greenwood in 2010. Word-of-mouth about Jockamo’s use of the freshest ingredients and homemade dough spread through the community quickly!

Owners Mick McGrath, Nancy Duncan, and Bob and Laura Stark, were once neighbors with an idea. They convinced themselves that the neighborhood would support their small business if they emphasized great food and service. From delicious pizza choices called “Heidi Hernandez”, which is Chorizo sausage from goose, tomato, red onion and topped with Swiss cheese, it’s hard to choose a favorite!

You can find Jockamo’s Pizza at 401 Market Plaza, in Greenwood. If you haven’t been yet – make it a priority. Also, try something unique instead of the usual pepperoni pizza. With their promise to serve fresh, homemade Italian pies for everyone, there is no reason why a pizza lover wouldn’t fall in love with this hidden gem!
