Support Vegans and Wildlife – Attend a Seven Course Dinner at Jill’s

If you are a vegan, or support the vegan lifestyle, then you should come out to Jill’s Restaurant February 4th. There will be a delectable seven-course dinner served to raise money for the Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Come support your local Denver vegans!

The rehab center was built to focus on taking care of injured wildlife. It is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the area for awhile. Now for the fun part, the seven tasty courses! The first course consists of a stuffed snow pea, bake baby beets, asparagus bundle and tapenade. Following the delicious amuse bouche, is a pita panzanella salad, Moroccan counscous, and finally dessert! Hand rolled chocolate truffles that will instantly melt in your mouth, leaving your taste buds senseless.

If you are, in fact, a vegan living in Denver, it would be a great time to gather with your colleagues. Prepared by Laurent Mechin, the executive chef at the restaurant in the St. Julien Hotel, you can call and make reservations today at 720-406-7399. It is $54.95 per seat, well worth the price that will benefit future injured Colorado wildlife!
