Observatory Park was named from The University of Denver and IIiff School of Theology. In 1880, renowned architect Robert Roeschlaub designed the school’s first building, University Hall, and Humphrey Baker Chamberlain donated money towards the telescope – Now, located in the Romanesque Chamberlain Observatory!
Today – the streets are filled with friendly faces of the students attending college, along with other locals that fell in love with the south Denver neighborhood.
