D’Evelyn Makes List of ‘America’s Top High Schools’

Denver’s D’Evelyn Junior/Senior High School is one of the top high schools in the nation, according to Newsweek’s “America’s Top High Schools 2015” list.


D’Evelyn Junior/Senior High School came in at No. 81 on the list of 500 schools. More than 16,000 across the nation were looked at before the final list was put together and the list highlights the top 2.0 percent of schools in the country, according to Newsweek.


The schools were assessed using a variety of different metrics to determine which schools were preparing students for college the best.


Other Colorado schools on the list were Monarch High School in Louisville, Aspen High School in Aspen and Rock Canyon High School in Littleton.
