Denver local Jackie Paul and her online fashion boutique, Pure Addiction, is featured at Urban Nights fashion show on August 1. Inspired by her life in the mile high city, Paul describes her look as casual, cool with a little extra detail. “It’s all about quality and details,” she said in The Denver Post, “basics with a little flair.”
Paul’s Denver-based online boutique Pure Addiction runs on the motto of ‘fashion-forward, yet functional’, which is what most career oriented women are looking for when shopping. She has gained a following that crosses the entire country, but can’t leave her true love and inspiration — Colorado.
Celebrating her fifth year in business, Pure Addiction has grown to be a household name with fashion-forward people. Paul is both the chief buyer and owner of the store, while being a mother of two and the wife of NBA player Jason Richardson.
Urban Nights; an outdoor fashion show on August 1, will feature Pure Addiction along with several other local boutiques and designers. Located at Mile High Station on 2027 West Colfax, the show is meant to benefit Urban Peak and expose designers to an open, cultural audience. Last year, the event raised $150,000 for homeless youths in the community.
“For us, personally, a sense of community is a big deal,” Paul said in the recent article. “I enjoy having my work here. There is a market here.” Her business was launched in 2009 and hasn’t turned back since.
