Shred It in Centennial

Have something to Shred? On Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 7:00AM to 12:00PM Metro CrimeStoppers and local law enforcement will be hosting its annual Shred-a-thon fundraising event.

This is a great opportunity to properly dispose of personal and sensitive paperwork. The Shred-it Company will shred up to three legal-sized paper boxes of documents (the equivalent of three garbage bags) and documents will be shredded on scene, with law enforcement officers present.

This year there are going to be 5 locations and one of them is in Centennial:

Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office
13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial
7am-Noon9News
500 Speer Blvd., Denver
6am-Noon

Aurora Municipal Courthouse
14999 E. Alameda, Aurora
7am-Noon

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office
200 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden
7am-Noon

Westminster Police Department
9110 Yates St., Westminster
7am-Noon

Crime Stoppers is a nonprofit organization that relies on community support in order to continue giving law enforcement agencies award money to catch and in turn prosecute those committing crimes in the metro area.

Volunteers with Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement agencies will take donations at all five locations.
