Centennial Neighborhood Spotlight of the Week is Heritage Place
Heritage Place is a residential community developed in the 1970s and is located in Arapahoe County in the City of Centennial. It is one of the Southeast Suburban Denver’s earliest master-planned communities and is located off of Arapahoe Road and Quebec Street. Community pools and other recreational amenities are highlights of the great lifestyle that residents enjoy.
Heritage Elementary School is in the neighborhood and a great focal point of the community. The neighborhood also feeds into West Middle School and Cherry Creek High School.
The Heritage Place Homeowner’s Association is made up of volunteers who are elected annually by the residents of the community. The HOA Board is responsible for maintaining the public areas, collecting membership dues, hiring personnel, enforcing covenants, and making and amending community rules. 2012 HOA dues were $335 for the year.
Residents of the neighborhood benefit from a location that is convenient to the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Park Meadows Mall and The Streets at SouthGlenn. Within five minutes is access to major interstates leading to downtown Denver, Denver International Airport and the Rocky Mountains.
