Centennial Spotlight Neighborhood of the Week- Heritage Greens

Heritage Greens is one of Metro Denver’s premier south suburban neighborhoods, and is located southwest of S. Holly Street and E. Dry Creek Road in Arapahoe County in the city of Centennial, Colorado.

Heritage Greens provides residents a variety of community amenities and local activities. The neighborhood is a close-knit community of 578 homes. Residents get to know each other through the pool, swim team, tennis programs, recycling programs, fundraisers, athletic and social events. In 2011, Heritage Greens completed a 2.6 million dollar renovation of the common areas including a brand new pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, community room and surrounding areas. The HOA fee is $33 per month.

The schools that residents attend are some of the best in the region: Lois Lenski Elementary, Powell Middle School and Arapahoe High School in the acclaimed Littleton Public School districts. Adjacent to the neighborhood is the South Suburban golf center including a clubhouse, restaurant, full regulation 18-hole course and a nine-hole par-3 course.

The neighborhood is within five minutes of major interstates, providing an easy drive to Downtown Denver, Denver International Airport or the mountains. Heritage Greens is also conveniently located within 10 minutes of two fantastic shopping centers: Park Meadows Mall and The Streets at SouthGlenn.
