Arapahoe Estates is a covenant-controlled community of 173 homes located in Arapahoe County in the city of Centennial, Colorado. The neighborhood is located just north of Arapahoe Road between University Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard, 12 miles southeast of metropolitan Denver. Less than one mile away is the popular shopping destination of The Streets at SouthGlenn, featuring sidewalk cafés, gourmet restaurants, unique local and national apparel retailers, a movie theater, and community events such as the free summer concert series and an urban farmer’s market.
