Restaurant Review: The Old Stone Church Restaurant in Castle Rock

If you’re looking for a truly unique dining experience, then you need to check out The Old Stone Church Restaurant in Castle Rock.

The Old Stone Church Restaurant gets its name from the old stone church it uses to house its restaurant. According to the restaurant’s website, the church has stood since 1888.

“In 1975 it was remodeled to become a restaurant,” the website says. “In 1992 it became what you know it to be today: a warm, inviting refuge from the everyday, the best happy hour in town, and inspired American cuisine to share with family and friends.”

The restaurant style is dubbed “Inspired American Cuisine” with a menu full of tasty and interesting dishes, such as Truffle Fries, Roasted Beet Salad and lamb.

As for reviews, the restaurant’s Yelp page contains more than 100 reviews and a 4-out-of-5-star rating. Trip Advisor has 145 reviews and also lists the restaurant with 4 out of 5 stars, with one diner writing: “Just about anything on their awesome menu can be made gluten free. The sauces and seasonings are amazing.”
