Desert Schools Federal Credit Union Announces 12th Annual Scholarship Program
Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has announced it’s now accepting applications for its 12th Annual Community Service Scholarship Program.
According to the Ahwatukee Foothills News, scholarships will be give to outstanding local high school seniors who have made notable charitable contributions to their communities over the past year and are dedicated to doing so in the future. A total of eight scholarships will be awarded in amounts ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.
“For 76 years Desert Schools has been dedicated to giving back to our communities,” Susan Frank, CEO of Desert Schools, reportedly said. “We are thrilled to be able to honor those like-minded seniors who have made a difference by volunteering their time, skills and energy; helping to create vibrant, healthy neighborhoods.”
